Will I be Evicted?

Long story short, I have been the primary care provider for my mom and have lived with her in her home. She recently had to move to long term care as her Alzheimer had progressed and I could no longer give her the care she need.

I am Power Of Attorney jointly and severely with my estranged sibling, who is now threatening me with legal action to vacate the property. My mother has a substantial amount of money to pay for her needs at the home she now lives in.

Will I be 'ordered' to vacate the property and be homeless?
