What do You do When You are Pushed out of Helping?

I was not even told that my help was no longer needed! I would go to help my mother and she would say your sister already put me in the shower. This went on for weeks. When I would call I had to talk my sister first before my mom or my would say let me ask your sister.

I found out my sister was taking her whole disability check and using it to live on.
My mom had given my sister her house in return for no rent for the rest of her live, thing is, the house had a couple months of mortgage payments and it was paid off. She would of had no rent and own a house.

I have to ask my sister for anything before my mom. She won't let me see her bank statements she won't give me power of attorney, but she, my sister will not take the power of attorney. What can I do?????
