Weird Question

by Jess
(New York, USA)

My parents are in their 70s one keeps having mini strokes the other is starting to show signs of dementia. My 95 year old grandfather lives with them.

Everyday my mom picks up his messes (liquid poop) from the floors and walls and himself. They scream at him and each other constantly. He deserves better care.

My sister and I (in our 40's) and father both want him to be moved to a home with around the clock care before this kills our mother and so he can not be yelled at all the time. How do we force our mother to put him in a home?
