Under Surveillance!

Having my 85 year old mom living with us is like being under surveillance. She is constantly watching what we are doing, listening to our conversations and either asking or commenting on EVERYTHING in our lives!

I can't even throw a dirty napkin in the trash without her questions. If I get a phone call or a text, she wants to know who it is and what they said. IF I write a letter, she asks what I'm writing. It never ends.

I an very vague with my answers. The fact that we are entitled to some privacy completely escapes her

My sister in law told me that I should calmly but firmly tell her "Mom it's none of your business",
I think that's just what I'n going to have to do.

As my husband always says, our home is not a happy place right now.
