Tired

I look after my elderly parents and also my 94 year old father in law. My husband suffers from chronic fatigue syndrome and I live beside my children and their children who seem to be constantly at my house. I also have 2 nieces under 4 who I look after from 5-7 every night and every other weekend. I also work 3 1/2 days a week. I feel like I have no time for me and am tired all the time

Your not alone
by: Mkredd

Dear tired, I also have a dad 95 a husband with chronic a fib and kids and grand kids pulling at me all of the time.

You are not alone. I feel your pain.

Of course,we let this happen. If we could be the type of person who didn't care about others life would be so much easier. So what to Do! I go for a walk, I put on my headphones and go...It gives me peace.

If your to tired to walk go sit in your car with a coffee and a treat and read a few chapters of a good Book! I also ask the Lord to give me strength to realize he can do this job much better then me. Give it up to him and ask for his help. PEACE MY FRIEND
