Thank You Lord for this Site!

This is refreshing to see others realize that their hopes and dreams have been squashed by their elderly parents.

Until now all the blogs/sites I have read recommended that I change my life for my ungrateful and narcissistic mother.

For some reason depression era parents do not care what burdens they put on their children. They feel that you should give up your life to their every whim. I have read all the comments and can feel your pain because I have experienced it over the last 9 years. Guilt, frustration, anger, hate and hopelessness!

My mother is moving out of my house into a senior apartment in 2 days. She is wealthy and this morning I looked in the mirror and made myself a promise, if she can not make it work there then the next option is assisted living.

I understand some of you might not have that option due to money restrictions but there is always state facilities and when it come to you or them only you can make that decision.

I wish all of you health and happiness on you journey to freedom. You only have one life and it is up to YOU make bring love and joy to your life. Please do not allow physic vampires suck it away from you! Peace!
