Take the Long Way

Instead of walking directly to sit or bed we take the long way.


Walking around the house not only give more movement to the day but also keeps them familiar with their surroundings.

This is a great idea!
Although my Dad does not have a big house...taking the long way around would literally double the distance I suspect give or take that he normally would take...I will try this tonight and see if he takes the suggestion...thanks!
