Struggling with Resentment

by Ann

I am wondering if there are support groups out there to help with "sandwich" generation issues as well as sibling issues.

I work full time, have two young children, and seven siblings---only one of whom consistently helps with care of my mentally ill, elderly mother. I am needing support badly.

I am struggling with the reality of the time challenges, the embarrassment that mother causes with her behaviors, and the overwhelming resentment that I feel towards my siblings who have "disconnected."

Finally, I also deal with jealousy that I have for my many peers who have well parents who actually help with childcare.
Thanks.
