My mother is hurtful to my dad who has dementia. He is a kind man she is selfish and spiteful its a constant battle to keep them at a reasonable weight. Last hospital stay as usual was mum who had dropped to 43kg her blood pressure very unstable leading to her passing out after a 3 week stay she come home. We started the familiar journey of building her up all was going well then she smoking again 8 weeks later after losing 4kg she is 44kg cranky mean ungrateful for everyone's efforts at my wits end can anyone advise me what to do
