Primary Care Taker of 90 Year Old Mother

What do you do when your family members say remember we are to honor mom but don't listen to what dealing with a 90 year old mother 24-7 is really like. What can I do as my brother is in and out but doesn't really care to ask if I am okay. Oh yeah, can a daughter get paid by Medicare for taking care of her mother?
