Nana needs Help!

Nana no longer wants to engage in activities. She has become depressed and anti-social.She does not wish to leave her apartment. Family members have tried to engage her in numerous activities but she continues to reject opportunities.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how we can help Nana become more engaged?
