My Momma

I am the Daughter of a Mother who looked after her mother for 15 years my mom worked, had a house, and a husband and 2 adult daughters Myself and my sister. I watched my mother struggle with the stress of her mother and watched her be stressed to the MAX with no help at all from her siblings my uncle and aunt.

Last year finally, put her in a home, in which my uncle said he would have done 10 years ago, he called her names and he is so awful and always has been, I called him once to ask him to look after my nana, because my mothers husband had suffered a heart attack and needed to be transferred 400km away from home and he said No, asked me what the she had ever done for me and why I even cared if she lived or died.

Whenever my mother was away or needed help with my nana I was always there to pick up the pieces, I took days off work to look after her, doctors' appointments, etc..... the list goes on and on
the last 5 of the 15 years have been terrible, the dementia is so sad and now in the home she looks like a shell of a human being. Now my Uncle after all this time ia questioning my mothers ability to look after my nanas finances..I don't know what to do I just want to scream .

Can I sue him for his share of what the cost were to look after her?
HELP!!! I am so let down now by human nature
Just disappointed
