My Mom is Refusing Help

My mom lives with me and my 2 children aged 16 and 10. She is 76 and has a lot of help problems. Things have been going okay until the other day when she complained about how my 10 year old complains all the time and I made the mistake of telling her she was where he learned it from. Now 4 days later all she is doing is yelling at everyone and wont eat or take any of her medications. She says she tired of everyone telling her how to live her life.

My instinct is to let her be and she will come around but at the same time I want to tell her to stop acting like a child.

My oldest son has mental issues and this is really hard on him to watch. And my youngest son cries a lot cause he is scared gramma will die. Any helpful ideas would be great.
