How do We Bring in Outside Help?

by Deb
(NC)

My mother has been emotionally abusive to my sister and myself all our lives.

I suffer from depression and anxiety and have since I was a child. My sister the same. I am 63 my sister is 52.

My mother expects my sister and I to care for her now. She is in excellent health and still has her drivers license. She refuses to do anything for herself. She is extremely hateful and demanding. I want to bring in outside help. We are desperate.
