Do your very best.I'm an only child and my mother lived with me for the last six years of her life. It was not always fun. However, my mom got to die in her own bed at home with me. I did my very best and both live and sleep well without guilt or regret.

It is a hard job being the caretaker. There are very few resources for us. There are resources for your parents and I encourage you to resource and use them.

Caring for yourself is vital.Carve out time for yourself so you don't loose yourself caring for others.

Sometimes you only get minutes to yourself.Try to use them for YOU! Freedom will come and peace will return.
