Falling

Mother in law lives across country and is very stubborn. After having a mini stroke, she checked herself out of hospital and 87 yr. old husband took her home. She falls and it is difficult for spouse to pick her up. She is belligerent and horrible to be around.

All of her children live long distance. She is wobbly on her feet and could fall at any time. What do you do in this type of situation?
