Elderly Parents Stress and Concerns

My elderly parents are stressing on a daily basis about the aches and pains of everyday living it seems. As the sole caregiver I want to give the best care possible, however the constant worry about when the day will come that it is not a drill anymore but the real thing puts me on edge. I know, the cycle of life and all of that, it's just very stressful to see them so stressed out and there is really nothing I can do about it. Their money situation is fine, however they freak out every time they go to the pharmacy (which is often) and refill their medicine. The costs of health care are getting so out of shape with reality. They are constantly worried that their money is going to run out and they will be put on the street...even though I am here to help and they own their home free and clear!

Oh well, between helping them and trying to manage my own family I am surprised I had enough time to do this..
