Elder Housing Options - Cost over Convenience

Your mom will probably not be around much longer.

If you do not want her to move in with you, and you buy a house for her, it will still be YOUR house and you can sell it to recoup your money :)If you are going to help her, these would be the most cost-effective options for you. I am still torn on the subject - should we take care of the now elderly parents who raised us, or should they have planned to take care of themselves so we do not have to "raise" them later in life?
