Daughter Concerned about Elderly Driver Mother

Mom is 84, will be 85 in 2012. She has glaucoma,cataracts (getting fixed)arthritis in her neck, neuropathy in hands and feet, delayed reaction time. Deaf in right ear. I told her MD she needs a driving evaluation. She told us both to go to Hell.
