Caregiver Christmas Bonus

Wondering what the norm is for a holiday bonus? We have a live in caregiver taking care of Mom with moderate Alzheimer's, 5 days per week. Mother needs assistance with bathing, medications, meals.

Have seen some suggestions for a week's pay which seems very high and would be difficult for us to manage.

Any suggestions?

Follow your heart ....and your pocketbook.
We gave the main caregiver 300 dollars but we did not give bonus to all the caregivers.

This caregiver has gone above and beyond to keep our mom movin'!
