calling siblings during moms seizures or episodes, yes or no?

I have cared for my mom for over 12 years. She is 88. Lately she is becoming more and more weak. She has Pulmonary Cachexia due to chain smoking. Stage 4 COPD. She has dizzy spells. She had a small gran mal seizure in the bathroom and I have been having to physically pick her up off the toilet to put her in her walker seat and take her to bed.

She fell the other night in the middle of the night and was not injured but it is one of the signs that things are going down hill.

Because my sisters are never here for more than 10 minutes they never see these episodes and will say that I am just trying to get attention or over reacting.

Due to her cachexia she weighs 70 pounds but refuses a feeding tube and refuses to quit chainsmoking. Is there a service that I can hire to come and stay with her for 24 to 48 hours to make a true assessment of her condition ?

Mom refuses to consider a care facility and with corona virus outbreak I dont want her to go to a nursing home but I need to know if it is time for hospice.

How do I get my siblings to realize that when I call to say she had a seizure and they wait 3 or 4 hours to come see her, her condition usually improves temporarily and they only see that see is getting older and slower. They only live a mile away.
