A Not-for-Profit "Eden Alternative" Home is a Godsend

All my life my Mom has said "I don't want to be a burden." My Mom is my mom, and I love her, but she's never been a very loving or likable person. She lapses into helplessness on a regular basis.


I am so grateful that she has long-term care insurance and other resources necessary to pay for an extraordinary non-profit home that delivers twice the quality of care for less than half the cost of the for-profit institutions in our area.

They offer every level of care, from independent living through assisted living to long term care. Their rehab is quite good, too. This place doesn't promote itself, nor does it need to.

If you think you can't afford good care, I urge you to search out the Eden Alternative homes that may be near you.
